Copper ingots → dissolution → casting (low-grade ones are cast with sand, high-quality faucets are cast with gravity) → post casting cleaning → casting inspection → mechanical processing → tolerance inspection → leakage testing → grinding → surface inspection → electroplating → electroplating inspection → assembly → water leakage testing → finished product inspection → packaging → leaving the factory.

Casting: Low grade faucets are cast using foundry sand, high-quality faucets are cast using gravity, and the latest technology is die-casting. One press grinding molding is similar to the zinc alloy die-casting process.
Quality control: The quality of the production process before the finished product is controlled by quality control, and the quality assurance department conducts spot checks from the finished product to the packaging, mainly checking the packaging and placement of the product.
